Ryan Joyce is IPRO’s Senior VP of Strategy and responsible for innovation and growth. Mr. Joyce, now going into his 19th year at IPRO, partners closely with the Sales and Product teams (while leading the Sales Engineering team) to help drive client adoption and market awareness. Mr. Joyce consults with IPRO’s clients bringing vital field information back to IPRO’s Product and Management Teams to help drive solutions that will truly benefit the users and their organizations. Before taking on Strategy at IPRO, Mr. Joyce led the Professional Services Team for 2 years and was VP of Sales for 7 years. Prior to those roles, he spent his first seven years at IPRO in multiple areas across Support, Testing, R&D, System Architecture, Solutions Consulting and Direct Sales. Mr. Joyce has a deep knowledge and understanding of the eDiscovery & IG Industry and has been called on and certified as an Expert Witness for testimony rendered in ESI production standards.

Sebastian Sutherland is IPRO’s VP of Corporate Markets, and has over 12 years’ experience in commercial leadership roles focused on data and intelligence in legal and investment markets. Prior to joining IPRO, Sebastian worked with firms like DISCO, Knowable (Axiom), and MLex (Lexis Nexis), all connected by helping to drive an organization’s ability to gain access to data that can support both tactical and strategic decision making. A common theme throughout his experience across the U.S., Europe and Australasia is that gaining access to the right data is only part of the journey, and making it easy to consume and collaborative for internal teams is key to successful adoption of new technologies and workflows.
