New Program to Focus on Providing Education and Support to IPRO Service Provider and Reseller Community
Phoenix, AZ (November 19, 2013) – IPRO Tech, Inc., a worldwide leader in the design of e-Discovery software, today announced the launch of their revamped Partnership Program. This new program will put a renewed focus on educating the sizeable IPRO Service Provider network on IPRO tools, workflow, and best practices, as well as providing additional support and resources to IPRO’s growing Reseller and Trainer and Consultant communities.
The IPRO Partnership Program, formerly the IPRO Channel Program, consists of a vast network of litigation service providers who have committed to the delivery of exceptional litigation support services, from early case assessment to hosted review to ESI processing and production, using IPRO solutions. The IPRO Partnership Program consists of four distinct Service Partner levels, Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum, each of which require an increased level of staff knowledge and commitment to the IPRO Enterprise workflow.
Benefits of the program include recognition by IPRO to end-users as a recommended vendor, increased marketing and sales support, discounted training, placement on the IPRO website, and the ability to evaluate pre-release software and participate in the development process. Resellers also benefit from competitive margins and free sales training on IPRO tools.

The program is currently rolling out to IPRO’s entire network of service providers. IPRO Alliance Partner Managers are actively working with these organizations to obtain the necessary certifications required to achieve Platinum, Gold, or Silver status in the new program.
