Ryan Joyce
Ryan Joyce is IPRO’s Senior VP of Strategy and responsible for innovation and growth. Mr. Joyce, now going into his 19th year at IPRO, partners closely with the Sales and Product teams (while leading the Sales Engineering team) to help drive client adoption and market awareness. Mr. Joyce consults with IPRO’s clients bringing vital field information back to IPRO’s Product and Management Teams to help drive solutions that will truly benefit the users and their organizations. Before taking on Strategy at IPRO, Mr. Joyce led the Professional Services Team for 2 years and was VP of Sales for 7 years. Prior to those roles, he spent his first seven years at IPRO in multiple areas across Support, Testing, R&D, System Architecture, Solutions Consulting and Direct Sales. Mr. Joyce has a deep knowledge and understanding of the eDiscovery & IG Industry and has been called on and certified as an Expert Witness for testimony rendered in ESI production standards.
Jeffrey Wolff
Jeffrey Wolff, CEDS serves as Director of Corporate Solutions at IPRO. He is responsible for product direction and marketing strategy for IPRO’s corporate solutions market. Mr. Wolff brought with him over 25 years of experience in information systems and enterprise software solutions before joining IPRO in 2015. He has been involved in solution architecture, design, and implementation for major projects within the Department of Defense and Fortune 1000 corporations. Jeffrey is an active project trustee and member of the EDRM Globally Advisory Council.

Seth Presser
Mr. Presser spent a decade as a New York litigator, focusing on appeals, complex commercial litigation, and arbitration, before going in-house as General Counsel and Chief Litigation Officer for a globally recognized portfolio of brands. After moving in-house, Mr. Presser recognized the distinct litigation challenges that large companies face when disputes are spread across different venues. He has developed strategies and found technologies to overcome those challenges, significantly reducing the burden on other company departments while also reducing legal spend.
