Using Built-In Support Features in IPRO to Optimize Success

You’ve been tasked with learning a new product and you don’t know anything about it. The learning curve seems insurmountable.

Conversely, maybe you’re already pretty knowledgeable. However, you want to improve your skills and you don’t know where to start.

We’ve all been there before, and many of us have been at various stages in between. Learning a new product can be daunting at the onset and even once you gain some experience, it seems like there is always more to learn. However, with the right scaffolding, this process becomes easier every day. IPRO knows how crucial it is to help our customers feel supported wherever they are in their learning journey, and we have developed the Learning Center and Help Center with this priority in mind.

Navigating Your Resources on the Learning Center

The Learning Center has a lot to offer, and you might be wondering where to begin. To get started, we recommend visiting the Start Here section. This section provides valuable tips, such as how to navigate the Learning Center and how to navigate the Help Center. You can also find essential information on eDiscovery and product terminology. Best of all, this content series is offered free of charge, so you can launch your learning journey on the right foot without breaking the bank.

Now that you know the basics, it’s time to get started. Click on the catalog card for the product you own and sign up for the Getting Started Learning Path. This affordable course series teaches you the fundamentals about your product, the workflow when using the product, and provides a detailed overview to get you up and running. 

Once you’ve gotten a solid grasp on this foundational knowledge, you’ll want to be aware of our troubleshooting section. We’ve identified the most common issues customers face when using their products and created bite-sized videos to walk you through the troubleshooting process. In just a few minutes, these tutorials can help you resolve problems such as bulk TIFF overload and error logs. These resources are also free, and they are readily available with just a few clicks of a button.

On a similar note, you can peruse our On a Mission content. These quick videos guide you through key tasks such as creating a multi-sort index, creating templates, and importing designations. You can freely navigate through these lessons, jumping from page to page as these courses do not enforce sequential navigation.

Like everything else on the Learning Center, this section has been developed with the goal of allowing you to quickly and easily find the information you’re looking for.

Using the Help Center

Finally, we encourage you to check out IPRO’s Help Center for in-depth instructions and video content to assist you with every stage of your product usage. The Help Center is organized by product and is searchable, ensuring a smooth and intuitive experience.

That is why we have developed free and easily accessible resources to help you with any questions you may have, whether you’re new to IPRO or whether you’re an experienced user.
