Mike Schubert will moderate panel entitled Predictive Analytics and Its Effect on Big Data

Phoenix, AZ (October 8, 2014) – IPRO Tech, LLC, a worldwide leader in the design of eDiscovery software, today announces Mike Schubert, VP of Software Development, will moderate a Masters Conference panel discussion on “Predictive Analytics and Its Effect on Big Data,” Tuesday, October 21 at The City Club of Washington.

Schubert, responsible for managing product development and design at IPRO, has over 10 years of litigation support industry experience in various executive leadership roles, including Vice President of Production and Operations at Encore Litigation Solutions.  His wealth of knowledge is invaluable given the explosion of information in the new world of Big Data and where new approaches to eDiscovery software solutions are required.

Aaron Crews, Senior Associate General Counsel and Head of eDiscovery for Walmart, a panelist, provides focused guidance and expertise on information governance and electronic discovery matters to Littler Mendelson’s lawyers and their clients, including providing case and client-specific advice about meeting preservation obligations, addressing “meet and confer” obligations, and handling court appearances that address eDiscovery matters.

Ellen Pyle, Discovery Counsel with McDermott Will & Emery LLP, also a panelist, has considerable experience in the investigation and defense of a wide range of alleged corporate misconduct, including bank and securities fraud, mail and wire fraud, RICO and FCPA violations, tax evasion offenses, bribery, and False Claims Act (FCA) allegations. Her experience includes specialized consulting on data intensive government and corporate internal investigations, compliance audits, pro-active risk management as well as litigation management and trial preparation.

Gail L. Gottehrer is a third panelist, and a Partner with Axinn, Veltrop & Harkrider LLP. Her practice focuses on class action defense, management-side labor and employment litigation, and other complex commercial matters. Gail is a frequent speaker on topics relating to litigation and technology, including litigation strategy and management, electronic discovery, information governance, telematics, wearable technology, the Internet of Things, workplace privacy, and ethics.
