Schubert brings over a decade of innovation and industry experience to IPRO’s leadership team
Tempe, Ariz., October 30, 2015 – IPRO Tech, LLC, a worldwide leader in the design of eDiscovery workflow software, today announced the promotion of Mike Schubert to Chief Operational Officer. Schubert will take the reins from Kim Taylor who has been serving dual roles as President and COO. Kim Taylor will continue to serve as President of IPRO. As COO, Schubert will retain responsibilities over product development, with the addition of overseeing all internal technical operations including management of support, training, the IPRO Cloud, software development and product design.
Schubert joined the company in 2011 and has been a key leader in guiding the company’s software development including designing and developing the Automated Digital Discovery (ADD®) platform—the world’s first fully automated data streaming eDiscovery workflow. Schubert most recently served as Vice President of Software Development and was responsible for managing the development and design of IPRO’s products to optimize the IPRO user experience.

Schubert has held senior leadership positions at litigation service providers and software companies, including Vice President of Production and Operations at Encore Litigation Solutions. He graduated from Marquette University with a B.S. in Business Administration and Information Technology.
