IPRO to Continue Industry Changing Approach to Analytics and Technology Assisted Review Using CAAT®
Tempe, Ariz., January 5, 2016 – IPRO Tech, LLC, a worldwide leader in the design of eDiscovery workflow software, and Content Analyst Company LLC, a leading provider of advanced analytics, announced today that they have strengthened their technology partnership. The expanded agreement allows IPRO to harness Content Analyst’s technology in all of IPRO’s products. IPRO will continue to license the CAAT engine for its analytics needs including email threading, near duplication, clustering, conceptual search and categorization needed for technology assisted review.
Content Analyst and IPRO have worked together for years to uniquely integrate CAAT, an advanced analytics engine, into IPRO’s web-based review platform, Eclipse. Under the terms of the agreement, future releases of Eclipse as well as IPRO’s new eDiscovery platform ADD Automated Digital Discovery®, will take full advantage of CAAT’s advanced analytics capabilities. The new agreement will help IPRO demonstrate the value that analytics can bring to the entire eDiscovery workflow. Over the years, the partnership and technology integration has helped IPRO to create a distinctive workflow and model that helps its customers lower their eDiscovery costs and reduce the time spent on litigation reviews.
