IPRO Innovations drew record attendance for world-class education, training and fun.
Tempe, Ariz. – May 5, 2017 – IPRO Tech, LLC, a global leader in the development of advanced eDiscovery software solutions, held its annual IPRO Innovations conference from April 24, 2017 –April 26, 2017 for eDiscovery professionals. The 2.5-day event, held at the Talking Stick Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona, brought together over 500 litigation experts and attorneys from the United States, Canada, and Europe.
The educational event facilitated top-tier knowledge sharing and in-depth training for IPRO’s network of law firms, corporations, government agencies and legal services providers. Sessions were designed to help attendees gain maximum value for their software investment, streamline their workflow, and grow their businesses. IPRO Innovations offered numerous opportunities to network with industry peers, forge business alliances, and gain advanced knowledge from eDiscovery thought leaders.
This year’s conference hosted over 70 breakout sessions providing attendees with an opportunity to engage in hands-on product sessions, learn about industry news and absorb best practices from industry experts. There were a wide range of tracks to choose from as well, some focused on IPRO products, others on law policy and trends, and some on lean thinking and building a better business.
The general sessions offered a sneak peek of new IPRO product innovations as well as keynote addresses delivered from star-quality speakers. Notable sessions included Ari Kaplan’s presentation, “The Opportunity Maker” which was filled with humorous stories about business problems and how to find and create opportunity within them. Erik Qualman’s keynote on being a digital thought leader was inspiring and relatable. He shared his tips for owning mistakes and fixing them – “Fail forward, fail fast and fail better.” As always, the Sedona Conference Track and speakers were a hit, with presentations from David Shonka, Maura Grossman, Ken Withers, Kevin Brady, Emily Fedeles and Jerami Kemnitz.
Innovations wouldn’t be a true IPRO event without fun activities! Top Golf, the annual Salsa Challenge, and the IPRO Knowledge Bowl were all part of the agenda. Erin Perczak from Litigation Solution Inc. (LSI) took home the grand prize of $1250 after winning this year’s Knowledge Bowl! We also added “Minute to Win it” challenges throughout the event where attendees played 60-second games for a variety of prizes!
