Attention Corporate Legal Readers! IPRO and eDiscovery Today Needs Your Input

Number 5 is alive! Back in January, I wrote about the Law Firm Snapshot Survey that IPRO and the Association of Certified eDiscovery Specialists (ACEDS) were conducting to create an industry benchmark for law firms. IPRO and ACEDS conducted that survey and conducted a webinar on the results in February.

Now, here’s a chance for corporate legal professionals to help develop some real intelligence that can enable them to understand how their colleagues are addressing today’s discovery needs. IPRO has partnered with eDiscovery Today to conduct the 2021 IPRO/eDiscovery Today Corporate Legal Snapshot Survey to better understand the challenges corporate legal teams are facing and how they are planning to meet them.

The 11-question survey covers various topics such as how your corporate legal department expects processes to change this year, and how the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted your information governance and/or eDiscovery practices. It also dives in to how your legal team uses predictive coding and AI, and how you support Personally Identifiable Information or Personal Health Information (PII/PHI) in litigation, privacy laws, and collections—as well as a few other issues.

Take the survey now

This survey should take only 1-2 minutes to complete. We will conduct the survey over the next several weeks among corporate legal professionals and conclude it once there is a statistically significant number of responses. All responses will be kept confidential.

If you’re a corporate legal professional, please take a few moments and share your insights in this short, multiple choice survey, the link is here. Number 5 needs input again! Don’t make him mad, he’s got a laser!

Seriously, though, IPRO and eDiscovery Today will be conducting a webinar in June to discuss the results and will also be publishing a report to be available for distribution as well. Stay tuned for more details to come!
